Terms and Conditions of Agriturismo S’Ispiga di S’Ispiga SSA

These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations and offers from AZIENDA AGRITURISTICA S’Ispiga.

Hereinafter simply S’Ispiga.

1. USE

Each room can only be occupied by the agreed-upon number of guests, as indicated in the room specifications. Guests are not permitted to allow anyone outside the room to use it or to use it for any other purpose.

2. RESERVATIONS

Reservations are made based on availability on this website (www.agriturismosispiga.com) and will only be considered if made by guests 18 years of age or older. All guests are required to abide by S’Ispiga’s rules regarding the use of common areas. Reservations are made by accessing our website, specifying a check-in and check-out date, and selecting your preferred accommodation, including any optional extras. To complete the reservation, you will need to enter some information. If you wish to receive an invoice, your billing information must be entered during the booking process. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a summary email to the address provided. If bugs and/or technical errors occur at the time of booking, the reservation will not be considered finalized and we will promptly inform you. In this case, you will need to rebook, and S’Ispiga declines any liability resulting from this.

3. PRICES FOR THE STAY

Rates and prices for accommodation and services are indicated during the booking process through our booking engine and vary depending on the season. In addition to the standard accommodation price, each guest, excluding children under 12, must pay the tourist tax directly to the property as specified below.

4. TOURIST TAX

Guests staying at accommodations in the Municipality of Cuglieri are required to pay the tax at the end of each stay. The tax must be paid directly to the accommodation provider. The tourist tax in S’Ispiga is €1.00.
It is calculated per night per person and must be paid directly at the accommodation (even for prepaid rates). Children up to 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Booking Confirmation:  A bank transfer of 30% of the total booking is required to confirm your booking.

6. CANCELLATION POLICIES (Refundable rate)

Cancellation requests must be made by email to mail@agriturismosispiga.it or by accessing the link in the email you received during booking and clicking the “cancellation” option.

In the event of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable to S’Ispiga, the Customer will still be required to pay the following amounts:

-100% penalty for cancellations from 7 days up to the day of arrival, no shows, early departures.

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE (CHECK IN and CHECK OUT)

The room can be occupied after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the agreed-upon departure day, it must be vacated by 11:00 AM. If you have any special requirements regarding arrival and departure times, please contact the property directly or indicate them in the notes during booking. If the room is terminated before the agreed-upon date (as indicated in the booking confirmation), the guest is not entitled to any refund or discount.

7. ANIMALS

Pets are allowed for an additional fee per night.

8. SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations.

9. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS

Any defects noted by guests or complaints regarding the room must be reported immediately to reception.
