At S’Ispiga, we offer a  traditional menu featuring healthy, authentic products from our farm and the region. The photos below display an example of our set menu. This is just to give you an idea. Our menu changes depending on the seasonal products available.

Sardinian Culurgiones

Culurgiones are characterized by a semolina pasta shell surrounding a filling of potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint. The photos show the typical spike-shaped closure.

A little sweet Dessert – Sebadas!

Sebadas are fried sweets made from a crumbly semolina pastry filled with a tasty fresh cheese filling. Traditionally, they are served hot with chestnut honey.
